VBeyond Corporation is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support strategic initiatives within the Child Safety organization. The role involves partnering with various teams to drive technical program execution and enhance child safety across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of multiple technical programs and initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and status reports
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, Policy, and Trust & Safety teams
- Track dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure timely program delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, program reviews, and executive status updates
- Define and implement scalable governance, reporting frameworks, and operational processes
- Monitor program health, KPIs, risks, and change management activities
- Support technical and operational execution of platform safety initiatives
- Document key decisions, action items, and program learnings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Project Management
- Experience managing complex cross-functional technical programs
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and driving technical initiatives
- Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Trust & Safety, Risk, Compliance, Integrity, Content Moderation, or Safety-related programs
- Familiarity with online safety, child protection, abuse prevention, or platform integrity initiatives
- Experience with data-driven decision-making, operational metrics, incident management, and governance processes
- Background working in regulated or highly sensitive business environments
