They are seeking a Tech Measure Scheduler to coordinate tech measure appointments, ensure accurate order entry, and maintain data integrity across systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor tech measure appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient calendar utilization
- Respond to Sales requests throughout the day and assist with appointment needs
- Handle reschedules and tech-related requests quickly and accurately
- Create orders in the system by importing customer agreements and files
- Cross-reference agreements with system data to ensure all information is correct and complete
- Review sold contracts and update information as needed
- Follow up on cancellation requests to ensure they are properly removed from the system
- Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
- General proficiency in technology, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High degree of accuracy in data management, auditing and reporting
- Strong ability to main workflow efficiency and keep tasks on track
- Ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently
- Fully remote role requiring a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Sitting or standing most of the day; typing and mouse use requiring hand-eye coordination
- Clear vision for reading documents; ability to lift boxes or files as needed
- Reliable attendance, able to manage multiple priorities, and adjust to changing tasks
- 1-2+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred
