The role involves supporting taxonomy operations by labeling and classifying job and resume data, ensuring accurate outputs, and improving taxonomy quality.
Responsibilities
- Support taxonomy operations by labeling and classifying job and resume data, standardizing job titles, mapping occupations, validating metadata, and improving taxonomy quality
- Perform data cleanup and localization while following labeling guidelines to ensure accurate, consistent outputs
- Support workflows for a variety of English markets
Skills
- Understanding of taxonomy, metadata, or content classification
- Experience in data labeling/annotation and data validation
- Experience reviewing high-volume datasets
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and pattern recognition
- Native-level fluency in Dutch is required
- Ability to communicate professionally in English during syncs, written feedback on data, Slack, and other day-to-day communications
- Ability to follow labeling guidelines and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to understand localization or multilingual content
- Market knowledge of Ireland, India, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, or Singapore markets
- Knowledge of HR/job taxonomy
- Knowledge of SQL or Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
