[Remote] Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Transformations Care Network (TCN) is dedicated to improving accessibility in behavioral health. The Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will support recruitment initiatives and enhance the candidate experience while working closely with the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, including creating visually engaging materials (e.g., job ads, social posts, candidate communications) using tools such as Canva or similar platforms
• Prepare offer documents and employment agreements
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding
• Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Compile and analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate demographics
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment workflows

Skills

• 1-2 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role
• Familiarity with design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms, or basic content creation) is required
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
