Utilize advanced analytics and modeling techniques to forecast demand, assess risks, and identify opportunities for optimization across the **Colorado Springs** region. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., operations, sales, finance) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, carriers, 3PLs) to ensure alignment and successful execution of optimization strategies. Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management and logistics. Develop business cases and present recommendations for supply chain improvements to senior leadership. Oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies that enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in supply chain operations. Provide leadership and mentorship to a remote team of supply chain professionals. Requirements Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience will be considered. 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on optimization, strategy, and operations. Proven track record of successfully leading complex supply chain optimization projects with measurable results. Expertise in supply chain modeling, simulation, and advanced analytics tools. In-depth knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP systems, and other relevant supply chain technologies. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fully remote environment.
