The Sr. Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing strategic and financial decision-making across the organization, working closely with various departments to provide insights and support financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Introduce yourself to the organization and develop a deep understanding of the product, business model, and financial outlook
- Equip product managers and department leaders with monthly insights on business trends
- Support short- and long-term financial plans, assist in financial reporting and KPI variance analysis, and help drive key strategic initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate financial models, including annual budgets, forecasts, and consolidated cash flows
- Build KPI frameworks, analyze product line performance, and support high-impact decisions including go-to-market strategy, partnership negotiations, and potential M&A
- Create clear presentations to articulate findings to key stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or another quantitative field
- Two or more years of relevant industry experience with financial modeling (e.g., investment banking, private equity, corporate finance)
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to execute complex financial modeling, analyze raw data, and draw clear conclusions
- High degree of organization, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- A team-player mindset with a desire to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
