They are seeking a Software Engineer to develop tools and AI systems for their Support team, enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining support workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools that scale Support
- Own projects end to end
- Ship customer-facing tools when they take work off the queue

Skills
- 3+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Ability to write clean, production-quality code
- Degree or rigorous experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent in Python, Rust, Go, or Typescript/Javascript
- Experience building information retrieval systems using semantic search / RAG
- Ability to think about upstream and downstream consequences before committing to a solution
- Fluent in AI tools like Claude, Codex, Pi, and understanding of debugging code
- Strong written communication skills for technical specs, PRs, and Slack messages
- Ability to scope own work and manage priorities with minimal oversight
- Located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
