Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HRBench is seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing team and contribute across the full tech stack. As a member of our engineering team, you will help build and maintain features that support our platform's growth and contribute to creating scalable solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop full stack features and components from requirements to production
- Write clean, production-ready, readable, maintainable code
- Implement and maintain data processing components that support our products
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
- Work closely with product teams and senior engineers to deliver great user experiences
Skills
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building web applications with modern technologies
- Familiarity with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and databases
- Exposure to or willingness to learn technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
