They are seeking a ServiceNow Service Catalog Developer to implement and enhance ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions, ensuring best practices and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions
- Develop and maintain Catalog Items, Service Offerings, and Fulfillment Flows
- Translate functional requirements into technical ServiceNow implementations in collaboration with Process and Requirements Analysts
- Support the consolidation and redesign of existing ordering channels into a unified ServiceNow Service Catalog
- Develop workflows and automation to streamline request fulfillment processes
- Configure and maintain catalog forms, variables, approvals, and associated workflows
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and maintainability guidelines
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements of catalog functionality
- Collaborate with platform administrators, developers, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Service Catalog Developer, ideally in ServiceNow context
- Hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow Service Catalog
- Experience creating Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Offerings, and Fulfillment Flows
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflow and Flow Designer
- Understanding of IT service request management and fulfillment processes
- Experience translating business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams
- Strong communication skills and advanced English and German
