The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, partnering with various teams to deliver enhancements, and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complex enterprise software products
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and QA teams to deliver product enhancements
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prioritize backlog items, and support Agile delivery
Skills
- Must be able to work W2 without sponsorship
- 8+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise software products
- Strong requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and QA teams
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Influencing stakeholders
- Mentoring junior BAs
- Working within large, mature applications that include complex integrations and legacy functionality
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience with cloud products and regulated industries
- Microsoft Excel, Visio, SQL
- Cloud/SaaS product experience
- Enterprise integrations and interface experience
- Healthcare or other regulated industry experience (banking, financial services, government, manufacturing)
- CBAP or PMI PBA
