This role involves acting as a technical expert and strategic advisor, guiding partners through pre-sales discovery, data migration strategies, and implementation governance while collaborating closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end discovery and complex technical scoping to define scalable solution architectures for our largest opportunities
- Designing and validating tailored future-state blueprints across our product suite, practice tools, and ecosystem applications
- Advising strategic partners on data migration strategies for complex legacy environments and establishing robust implementation governance
- Synthesising partner feedback and implementation insights to provide clear recommendations to our product and engineering teams for future roadmap priorities
Skills
- Deep domain knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping workflows, with a background advising firms or working operationally within them
- Expertise in leading technical solution strategies and designing end-to-end integrated architectures within a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven ability to conduct strategic discovery, uncovering root causes and translating complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Strong skills in data migration consulting, implementation governance, and guiding organisations through change
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting to executive audiences, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, and leading collaborative workshops
- Enjoyment in coaching and mentoring others, with a willingness to contribute to the development of shared tools, frameworks, and playbooks
