YASH Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM & Project System Functional Consultant with expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale SAP solutions. The role involves leading the configuration and implementation of SAP EAM/PM and Project System solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance maintenance efficiency and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Plant Maintenance (PM) solution
- Configure and support maintenance master data, including Equipment, Functional Locations, Bills of Material (BOM), Task Lists, Measuring Points, Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans
- Implement and optimize maintenance processes, including Preventive, Corrective, Predictive, Breakdown, Emergency, Refurbishment, and Calibration Maintenance
- Configure and manage Maintenance Notifications, Work Orders, Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, and Work Clearance Management
- Design and support maintenance cost planning, budgeting, asset lifecycle management, reliability engineering, and maintenance performance optimization
- Integrate SAP EAM/PM with FI/CO, MM, PP, QM, PS, DMS, Asset Accounting (AA), Investment Management (IM), and external systems such as IoT, GIS, and SCADA
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process analysis, solution design, and functional configuration aligned with SAP Activate methodology and industry SAP best practices
- Prepare functional specifications (WRICEF/RICEFW), coordinate developments, and support testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, reliability, and business stakeholders to improve asset performance, maintenance efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence
- Support SAP Fiori applications, mobile maintenance solutions (SAP Asset Manager), and digital asset management initiatives
- Provide post-go-live support, continuous process improvements, end-user training, and production support while leveraging SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and maintenance KPIs
- Lead solution discussions and provide strategic guidance on enterprise asset management and digital maintenance transformation initiatives
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) solutions
- Configure and support project structures, including Project Definitions, WBS Elements, Networks, Activities, and Milestones
- Implement project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost planning, and budget availability control
- Configure project execution processes, including procurement, material planning, external services, and resource management
- Manage project cost control, actual cost tracking, commitments, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Configure Results Analysis (RA), Work in Progress (WIP), CATS, Settlement, and Period-End Closing processes
- Design and support project billing processes, including milestone billing and resource-related billing
- Integrate SAP Project System with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EAM/PM, DMS, CATS, Investment Management (IM), and Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM)
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process analysis, solution design, and functional configuration
- Prepare functional specifications (WRICEF/RICEFW), coordinate developments, and support testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize capital project management, project governance, budgeting, and project execution processes
- Provide post-go-live support, continuous process improvements, and user training while leveraging SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics, and SAP S/4HANA best practices
Skills
- 8-15 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM and Project System (PS), including a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in each module
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM and PS solution design, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support
- In-depth understanding of asset-intensive industry business processes, enterprise asset management, maintenance planning and execution, reliability engineering, and capital project management best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively within global, cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, based on project requirements
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA On-Premises, Private Cloud, and Public Cloud solutions
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Asset Manager, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded Analytics, SAP Build, and SAP Business AI capabilities
