They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex mechanical engineering projects, manage client relationships, and mentor engineers while driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical engineering projects from planning through construction completion
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance
- Design and oversee HVAC and mechanical building systems for a variety of facility types
- Review engineering deliverables and ensure quality, code compliance, and technical excellence
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development
- Assist with business development efforts and help expand client relationships
- Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and field observations
- Provide technical guidance to resolve design challenges throughout project execution
Skills
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of mechanical building systems design experience
- At least 5 years managing engineering projects
- Strong leadership skills
- Client management experience
- Project delivery experience
- PE license
- Experience using Revit
- Experience using AutoCAD
