TCWGlobal is a global, remote-first technology company seeking a Senior Workplace Strategy & Programs Manager to help reimagine workplace operations. The role involves creating a new workplace operating model and developing a comprehensive Global Workplace Experience Playbook to enhance workplace experiences worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with Workplace Experience, administrative assistants, event planners, Corporate Security, IT/AV, and other key stakeholders
- Identify operational friction, technical barriers, process gaps, and cross-functional silos
- Facilitate working sessions across globally distributed teams and synthesize complex findings into actionable strategies
- Evaluate existing workplace technology, including room and desk booking platforms, calendar applications, and registration systems
- Develop end-to-end journey maps for employees, event attendees, administrative assistants, executives, board members, customers, and external guests
- Create a comprehensive Global Workplace Experience Playbook covering hospitality standards, calendar governance, scheduling, space allocation, technology workflows, vendor management, catering, safety, feedback metrics, and event-planning processes
- Create training and enablement materials for Workplace Managers and Coordinators
- Lead hands-on training and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Run live dry-run event simulations and test cross-functional processes across Workplace, IT, and Security
- Refine processes based on real-world testing and support operational readiness for the new San Francisco flagship office
Skills
- Strong experience in workplace strategy, workplace experience, corporate real estate, workplace operations, architecture/design, construction, hospitality, or a related field
- Proven program and project management expertise with complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience taking programs from initial concept and discovery through implementation and launch
- Hands-on experience authoring playbooks, operational standards, SOPs, governance frameworks, or similar documentation
- Experience with journey mapping and persona-based experience design
- Ability to lead discovery sessions and collaborate across Workplace, Real Estate, IT, AV, Security, executive support, hospitality, event planning, and vendor teams
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable frameworks
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative, hospitality-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Global workplace experience is highly valuable
