Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Heavys is a fast-growing premium DTC brand that connects fans with their favorite artists through a unique audio experience platform. The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will own marketing analytics end-to-end, including attribution and performance analysis, to influence strategy and company performance.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing analytics end-to-end: Attribution, channel performance, CAC/LTV, cohort behavior, and retention
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure
- Analyze performance across paid media, email/SMS, and organic channels
- Drive budget forecasting and scenario modeling
- Partner with marketing leadership to turn analysis into strategy
- Use AI tools as a core part of your workflow – not as a novelty, but to move faster and go deeper
Skills
- 5+ years in analytics and/or marketing roles (brand or agency side)
- Experience in DTC ecommerce
- Strong command of the DTC analytics stack: Triple Whale, Klaviyo, Shopify
- Demonstrated AI proficiency
- Comfortable owning both the build side and the insight side without handholding
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
