Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager responsible for delivering projects and supporting the Project Management Office infrastructure. The role focuses on cross-functional projects and operational improvement, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the company’s values and mission.
Responsibilities
- Driving projects to successful implementation across the organization, including extensive cross-functional collaboration across regulatory, real estate, network, and IT
- Tracking and reporting project status and escalating issues when appropriate
- Organizing project resources while tracking and managing any over allocated resources and motivating the team to complete key deliverables
- Developing a relationship with key stakeholders to ensure delivered projects meet business need and delight our customers
- Analyzing and controlling project risk and mitigating appropriately. Ability to escalate risks to decision makers when necessary
- Builds and delivers standard project reports to project team, key stakeholders and leadership
- Presenting project status to senior executives
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families
- Follow policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training and meetings
- Communicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities
- Timely completion of all mandated trainings and education
- Timely completion of all mandated occupational health screenings as needed
- Exercises flexibility in performing assignments as business needs evolve
- Time-bound support for urgent personnel records compliance projects, cross-functional collaboration and coordination to clear backlog. This includes prioritizing, coordinating, prioritizing to ensure personnel records project Clients are achieved, risks identified and remediation actions are effective (mitigating future risks and re-work)
- Demonstrated success in leading healthcare, or other tightly regulated industry projects and corrective action plan initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a project management role
- Previous experience in a regulated healthcare environment
- Passion for process, both the creation of process where it does not exist, and the improvement of existing processes that could be better
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Commitment to unlocking the full potential of our most vulnerable seniors
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, tenacity, detail oriented, results driver, systems design
