Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in need of mental health services.
• Provide counseling and support to students, families, and school personnel to enhance emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with educational staff to implement effective strategies and interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and comply with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in social work.
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.
• Experience working in a school environment is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a diverse team.
