Your Impact
- Consultative Outreach: Communicate effectively with clients via phone and Zoom to explain their coverage.

- Guided Support: Lead clients through their entitlements step-by-step, ensuring total clarity.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain precise records and complete documentation with high accuracy.

What You Bring
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Independence: Ability to manage your own workflow while staying aligned with team goals.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools like Zoom and managing online documentation.
