The role involves developing relationships with healthcare key opinion leaders, collaborating on AI operations, managing academic events, and supporting marketing and investor relations.
Responsibilities
- US KOL Development & Relationship Management: Liaise with US healthcare key opinion leaders (KOLs), follow up on product trials and user feedback, and build long-term trust-based partnerships
- AI Operations & Brand Development: Collaborate with the AI team to build product and academic knowledge bases, learn practical applications of vector databases, manage the company’s LinkedIn brand account, and produce industry-specific professional content
- Sino-US Academic Event Management: Independently support the planning and execution of online & offline academic seminars and workshops, and coordinate expert resources from China and the US
- Overseas Operations & Project Support: Manage reception for US partner visits, oversee daily operations of overseas training centers, and facilitate cross-departmental project delivery
- Marketing & Investor Relations Support: Conduct US market and competitor research, compile industry analysis reports, and assist in communication with overseas investors and relevant document preparation
Skills
- Master's degree or above
- Proficient in diverse AI tools
- Able to work and shadow surgeons in operating room settings for on-site learning
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Excellent at business communication & networking
- Goal-oriented
- Capable of event planning and multi-task coordination
- Outstanding self-motivation
- Majors in biomedical engineering, clinical medicine, biomedical science, life science or related disciplines are preferred
- Familiarity with vector databases and prior LinkedIn overseas brand operation experience is a plus
