The Regional Sales Director will manage a sales team, oversee operations and strategies, and ensure sales targets are met while fostering relationships with key customers.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of 10-15 Enterprise Account Executives in the region
- Ensure that targets allocated to the Pods are achieved both on an individual and team basis
- Define, develop and manage relationships with key individuals in the customer base and ensure the relationship with contacts are maintained at all levels
- Develop and implement strategies that deliver on the sales objectives
- Actively contribute information relating to sales and prospecting activities through regular feedback and sales and operational meetings
- Continuous participation in Connex One product updates and sales training
- Monitor and report on sales activities for Executive and Management teams
- Regularly update forecasts and Salesforce
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
Skills
- 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
- 5+ years' of experience in sales
- Knowledge of the enterprise market within North American market, ideally in Customer Experience (CX) domain
- SaaS/tech sales management & deal closing experience
- Track record of success driving revenue growth and increasing profitability
- Experience and understanding of sales strategies and methodologies
- Strong leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- CCaaS sales background experience preferred
