Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CarboFix Orthopedics develops and manufactures advanced orthopedic trauma implants. They are seeking a Sales Director responsible for driving growth and supporting clinical adoption of their solutions within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Driving growth and supporting clinical adoption of CarboFix Orthopedics solutions within an assigned territory
- Building and maintaining relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital decision-makers, and distributors
- Promoting CFRP implant benefits through product demonstrations, educational presentations, and case support
- Planning and executing territory strategies
- Conducting virtual and on-site meetings
- Monitoring sales performance
Skills
- Prior experience in orthopedics, trauma, or oncology-related implants is a must
- Travel will be significant, consisting of 3+ days a week
- Experience in regional sales, account management, or business development within medical devices or orthopedics, with the ability to build and manage a territory strategy
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills for working with surgeons, clinical staff, hospital administrators, and distribution partners
- Ability to understand and explain technical and clinical concepts related to orthopedic trauma and implant performance
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills, including setting priorities, tracking activities, and meeting targets in a remote environment
- Comfort supporting clinical cases and educational activities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, engineering, business) or equivalent practical experience in medical device or healthcare sectors
