Social Commerce Club is at the intersection of eCommerce, content, and social media, aiming to lead the movement with agility and measurable impact. They are seeking a Sales Development Rep to farm inbound opportunities, qualify leads, and support client expansion in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Farming inbound opportunities (warm + cold) through segmentation, follow-up, and value-first nurture
- Fast inbound response and qualification
- Booking qualified discovery calls
- HubSpot CRM hygiene and accurate next steps
- Building and testing light nurture campaigns to move warm leads (connected but not booked) into webinar attendance and discovery calls
- Re-engaging cold leads (previous intent, now quiet) with re-segmentation and proof-point based sequences to generate new discovery calls
- Supporting existing client expansion by coordinating value moments (e.g., milestone-based invites / strategy sessions) with leadership
- Continuous improvement (weekly sales rhythm, learnings, messaging feedback)

- Experience or knowledge in performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok ads)
- Experience or knowledge in creator and influencer marketing
- Experience or knowledge in direct-to-consumer growth strategies
- Experience or knowledge in conversion rate optimization
- Experience or knowledge in email and lifecycle marketing
- Experience or knowledge in social commerce and TikTok Shop
