They are seeking a Sales Associate to support the sales team with client communications, sales materials preparation, and CRM management.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups
- Act as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients
- Maintain and update records in CRM systems, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Conduct basic research on potential clients, protocols, funds, and ecosystem partners
- Help coordinate internal communication between sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, customer support, or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in blockchain, crypto, or emerging technologies
- Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, or digital assets
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Experience supporting sales teams or working in client-facing roles
