They are seeking a Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst responsible for developing and analyzing revenue cycle reports to support operational and financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develops, generates, and distributes recurring and ad-hoc reports to support revenue cycle operations, payer, and financial performance
- Validates accuracy and consistency of data across revenue cycle systems and reporting platforms
- Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborates with revenue cycle leaders, finance, and IT to translate business needs into reporting solutions
- Builds and maintains dashboards and visualizations to improve transparency and decision-making
- Troubleshoots reporting issues, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions
- Documents reporting processes, workflows, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance
- Ensures reports comply with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and organizational data governance standards
- Supports system upgrades, testing, and enhancements to reporting tools and data integrations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- All experience must be paid and in the same related field
- Experience with revenue cycle data tools
- Ability to validate accuracy and consistency of data across revenue cycle systems and reporting platforms
- Ability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
