RoShay Services is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to lead AI enablement initiatives across the organization and externally for customers. The role involves designing and building AI platform solutions, establishing best practices, and mentoring colleagues to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with executives to identify areas for AI integration and defining business metrics to improve with AI tools
- Designing and building AI platform solutions and engineering tooling for internal and external use
- Establishing AI best practices and automating their implementation across the organization
- Collaborating with DevOps to deploy scalable AI-first development workflows
- Mentoring colleagues in building AI-powered tools to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI tool development, including RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation
- Expertise in AI observability, agentic coding tools, and extending AI workflows for customer-facing development
- Strong product judgment on AI application, excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, and a growth mindset
- Ability to collaborate with leadership and technical teams, translating AI concepts into practical solutions
