Responsibilities
- Owning product initiatives from concept to launch and iteration across various areas
- Translating business, clinical, and user needs into clear requirements
- Collaborating with engineering on defining requirements, making tradeoff decisions, and managing backlog and sprint planning
- Partnering with design to ensure user experience aligns with product goals
- Defining success metrics, analyzing data, and informing prioritization
- Communicating with stakeholders and understanding workflows and constraints
Skills
- 2-5 years in product management
- Experience in healthcare, virtual care, or clinical workflows
- Ability to independently own product areas and ship features end-to-end
- Strong collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset
- Experience working in agile teams
- Preferably in health tech or digital health
- Familiarity in AI or data-driven products
- Interest in scaling products within a startup environment
