[Remote] Remote Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide timely and professional issue resolution
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Identify recurring concerns and escalate them as necessary
• Maintain a positive and solution-focused customer experience
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to ensure service quality

Skills

• Current residency in the United States with legal authorization to work
• Strong English communication skills with a clear speaking voice
• Reliable attendance and strong time management skills
• Positive attitude and professional approach to customer interactions
• Previous remote work experience
• Comfortable learning and using new systems and multiple browser tabs
• A quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for professional calls
• Windows computer or laptop with Windows 11 (Mac devices are not permitted)
• Minimum 12 GB to 16 GB RAM
• High-speed, stable internet connection (preferably wired) with a contingency backup plan
• USB or wired headset with a microphone
• Webcam available for training and meetings
• Proficiency with Office 365 (specifically MS Teams)
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Experience in medical, healthcare, or appointment-based environments
