Howard Hughes Communities is a leading real estate developer known for its commitment to design excellence and master planned communities. They are seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect to lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring alignment between business operations and technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Define overall ERP solution strategy across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Operations, Reporting & Analytics, Security & Compliance, and Data Governance
- Partner with executive stakeholders and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions
- Own ERP governance framework including release management, environment strategy, Lifecycle Services (LCS), deployment standards, and change control
- Define and oversee RICEW objects including Reports, Integrations, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows
- Design integrations between D365 F&O and Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party platforms
- Lead data migration strategy, validation, and governance
- Oversee security architecture, role design, and segregation of duties
- Guide testing strategy, UAT readiness, and production deployment planning
- Mentor developers, consultants, and implementation resources
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert (MB-700)
- Experience managing or working alongside a Microsoft implementation partner or system integrator
- 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience
- 5+ years specifically with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle D365 F&O implementation
- Strong expertise in ERP architecture, integrations, data migration, and governance
- Experience with Azure services, Power Platform, DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)
- Experience leading and coordinating teams of 5 or more developers, functional consultants, or implementation resources
- Familiarity with post-go-live platform ownership including hypercare, continuous improvement, and long-term roadmap planning
