They are seeking a part-time Recruiter to manage the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting hiring managers throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from job posting and candidate screening through interview coordination and offer acceptance
- Review applications, conduct initial candidate outreach, maintain consistent communication, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, monitor recruitment timelines, and ensure the timely progression of candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, monitor hiring metrics and open requisitions
- Provide support for recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts
Skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- One to three years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or Human Resources experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care is preferred
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) is highly desirable
