Responsibilities
- Review and screen applications for assigned offices
- Qualify candidates and schedule them for interviews, briefings, and recruiting events
- Clearly explain meeting details, location, position expectations, and the Bankers Life culture and opportunity
- Adhere to ERC best practices and maintain the established candidate screening process
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance metrics
- Maintain a working knowledge of business strategy and industry trends to align candidate qualifications with hiring needs
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
