- Residency: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
- Insurance License: Must have an active resident license to sell Property and Casualty insurance in the United States.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly preferred and may receive additional compensation.
- Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated passion for helping others with a patient and empathetic nature.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
