They are seeking an experienced Project Procurement Manager to support large-scale data center projects, guiding procurement from early planning through delivery while working cross-functionally with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement for EPC capital projects (RFQs, bid analysis, negotiations, PO issuance)
- Partner with engineering, construction, and project teams to drive sourcing decisions
- Manage supplier relationships, fabrication progress, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate site logistics, material receiving, and contractor alignment
- Support contracting, vendor selection, and prequalification processes
- Travel to supplier sites and project locations to ensure execution stays on track
- Use tools like NetSuite, Procore, and Asana to manage workflows and reporting
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in EPCM, heavy industrial construction, or industrial plant operations; direct project experience is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management within capital projects
- Experience with construction, contracting, and major equipment/material procurement
- Excellent negotiation, commercial, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, contracts, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in data center projects preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Procore, and/or Asana preferred
