Paradigm Global Consulting is seeking a Project Manager (Non-IT) to manage multiple customer onboarding projects and support related initiatives. The role involves using various tools for project management and reporting, with a primary focus on Waterfall methodology and occasional Agile usage.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional technical projects including planning, monitoring, and performance control
- Support projects involving cloud services and hyperscalers (cloud knowledge required)
- Oversee onboarding of customers to various SAP products (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Communicate project status, reports, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage Change Control, Risks, and Issues, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Contribute to improving Project Management methodologies and organizational processes
- Help develop and maintain PMO standards, processes, and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience
- 5+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience
- 3+ years in Cloud / IT operations / Software or Systems Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in an SAP environment
- Experience creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills (Excel)
- Experience working with highly technical teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project required)
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Understanding of business processes and SaaS cloud technical requirements
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle shifting priorities in fast-paced environments
- Independent contributor capable of resolving complex issues
- Self-motivated and able to deliver high-quality results under pressure
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills (internal & external stakeholders)
- Ability to quickly learn functional and technical concepts
- Experience training diverse groups on established procedures
