Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DL Resource Group is seeking a Project Manager for their External Provider Scheduling (EPS) Customer Success team. The role focuses on implementing and sustaining EPS program activities, managing relationships with Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs), and ensuring successful site engagement and provider pipeline management.
Responsibilities
- Leads VISN/site level engagement and coordination activities including (but not limited to):
- Regular and adhoc meetings with sites to discuss progress/needs
- Presentation development for meetings and/or executive level requests
- Coordination of training for VISNs/sites that have new scheduling staff and/or require a refresher session
- Leading discussions with VA stakeholders and leadership across all related calls
- Follow up actions/requests required to maintain traction with sites and providers
- Obtaining provider/large healthcare system contact information for EPS onboarding
- Maintains communication and relationships with VISN/site leadership to foster trust in the EPS program. This includes (but not limited to):
- Email check ins
- Regular review of scheduling dashboards/trackers
- Encouraging use of new providers in EPS / Providing supporting data to highlight scheduling opportunities
- Giving public kudos to VISNs/sites that are improving/adopting
- Maintains provider pipeline for assigned VISNs/sites. This includes making sure pipelines represent site needs across priority categories of care as well as making sure high priority providers are identified
- Ensures aligned Project Coordinators are informed about critical VISN/site status updates and/or risks/issues so they can update trackers, submit tickets and support any escalations/communications needed
- Collaborates with Sales and Provider Network Management teams on all things provider onboarding and communication, especially as it relates to leveraging site relationships to encourage provider participation and commitment to the EPS program
- Supports adhoc needs/deliverables assigned to Customer Success team by VA leadership and facility stakeholders
- Supports Customer Success team members to ensure adequate coverage and help promote sustainable performance and well-being
Skills
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- At least five (5) years' experience supporting complex projects and/or programs
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to gather large amounts of data/information, analyze, evaluate, and disseminate in a succinct and effective manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort and experience speaking during meetings
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Preferred VA experience with existing access to the VA network
- Bonus if in healthcare or project management related field
