[Remote] Program Manager – Marketing Analytics

The Program Manager – Marketing Analytics will lead program management initiatives, ensuring effective data integration and collaboration across teams to optimize marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for building and scaling a data lake on AWS
• Define program roadmap, milestones, and KPIs aligned with marketing and business objectives
• Ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams including data ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics enablement
• Partner with marketing teams to ingest, harmonize, and activate data from key platforms including:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• YouTube / Google Ads / Google Analytics
• Translate marketing use cases (e.g., campaign targeting, attribution, segmentation) into data and technical requirements
• Enable advanced campaign activation through audience insights and data-driven strategies
• Act as a bridge between Marketing, IT/Data Engineering, Analytics, and external vendors
• Facilitate design discussions and ensure alignment on architecture, tools, and implementation approaches
• Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates
• Collaborate with IT to design scalable, secure, and governed data lake architecture
• Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop, test, and optimize campaigns using data insights
• Enable closed-loop marketing measurement and continuous optimization

Skills

• 5–10+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in marketing, or digital transformation initiatives
• Good understanding of AWS data services
• Experience working with social media and digital marketing data
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across business and technical domains
• Solid knowledge of retail marketing concepts (promotions, customer segmentation, omnichannel campaigns)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
