Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDSentric is looking for a talented Product Manager to lead our identity verification product development. In this role, you'll be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core identity verification services.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for our identity verification solutions
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define and prioritize features
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance
- Create detailed product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies
- Expanding our identity verification platform to new global markets
- Building industry-specific verification flows for fintech, healthcare, and gaming
- Enhancing our developer experience with improved SDKs and API documentation
- Creating seamless omnichannel verification experiences across web and mobile
- Developing analytics dashboards for customers to monitor verification metrics
- Implementing adaptive verification journeys based on risk scoring
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scope technical requirements and prioritize development
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive user experiences for verification flows
- Collaborate with data science teams to analyze user behavior and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and pain points
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulations in different jurisdictions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product strategy with company vision
- Collaborate with external partners and integration stakeholders
Skills
- At least 4 years of product management experience
- Background in identity verification, cybersecurity, or fintech
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate with engineers
- Experience with API-based products or developer tools
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (KYC, AML, GDPR)
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Technical background or experience with software development
