[Remote] Principal BA- Data and Analytics

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Planet Group is seeking a Principal Business Analyst specializing in Data and Analytics. The role focuses on defining data requirements, managing agile delivery processes, and driving the adoption of business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define data/analytics requirements and support data products
• Manage backlogs, handle releases, and align stakeholders
• Embed data governance into delivery and drive the adoption of Power BI solutions

Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Data/Analytics Business Analyst
• Strong Agile delivery background & JIRA expertise
• Solid, hands-on experience with Databricks and Informatica IDMC
• Proficiency with Power BI
• Data Governance experience
• Pharma industry experience is required!
