They are seeking an ambitious Outside B2B Sales Representative to receive comprehensive training and effectively represent their products to medical specialists.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and build relationships with specialists by appointment within your designated regional territory
- Utilize your structured B2B sales training to navigate complex office environments and reach key medical decision-makers
- Learn and articulate complex clinical data safely and effectively to medical professionals
- Maintain high daily activity metrics to consistently hit and exceed sales quotas
- Operate with the highest level of integrity, adhering strictly to healthcare compliance guidelines
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be currently employed in an Outside B2B sales role (e.g., office equipment, telecom, uniforms, payroll, advertising, software) and have been in your current position for a minimum of 2 consecutive years
- 2+ to 5 years of successful outside B2B sales experience with a major company, with documented sales results placing you in the top 25% of your peers
- Candidates with prior pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience will not be considered for this specific entry-level development pathway
- Strong preference for employment-stable candidates (ideally no more than 3 jobs since college graduation)
