Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our legal scheduling services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Mastering Scripted Dialogue: Learn and effectively deliver scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for upcoming hearings. You'll become proficient in our communication frameworks while maintaining a natural, professional, and engaging conversational style.
- Rapid Business Acquisition: Quickly understand how arenaflex operates as a business, including our client relationships, attorney networks, and scheduling processes. Apply this knowledge to make frequent, effective outbound calls to attorneys.
