The NOC Engineer I role will be responsible for incident response, scheduled maintenance, and remediation efforts in support of Managed Services Solutions, working remotely and reporting to the Managed Services Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Implement updates and patching to supported software and hardware systems
- Resolve maintenance related technical issues
- Maintain a general understanding of Conversant Group Products & Services
- Obtain and Maintain Select Vendor Engineer Certifications
- Follow best practices and standard operating procedures
- Provide feedback on how to improve supportability of our services
- Collaborate with Clients, Peers, and Managers to aid in Successful Support of Services
Skills
- 1-3 years of Information Technology work experience, preferably in Managed Services
- Understanding of ticketing systems and time management
- Technical Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work history
- Technical certifications in VMware, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc
- Experience working for and within IT for the Legal Industry
- Communicate effectively in any form or medium
- Manage dynamic and competitive priorities
- Organize complex technical tasks for multiple clients at once
- Information Technology and Managed Services Best Practices
- Practical application of InfoSec principles
