Liberty Dental Plan is seeking a proactive Market Operations Specialist to support cross-functional operations and drive timely, accurate deliverables. The role involves providing critical administrative and logistical support to ensure deliverables are executed with accuracy and efficiency, focusing on organization, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, document preparation, and logistical coordination for Market Operations deliverables
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to managers and analysts
- Route requests and coordinate follow-ups between Market Operations and internal departments
- Prepare and format client-facing materials including meeting agendas, summaries, presentations, and reports
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for contracts, renewals, trackers, and templates
- Ensure shared resources are current and easily accessible
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and issue tracking to support on-time completion
- Track key milestones and provide reminders and follow-ups as needed
- Support process consistency across operational workflows
- Identify gaps in administrative processes and recommend improvements
- Contribute to enhancements in documentation, tracking systems, and team workflows
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of experience in administrative support or project coordination roles required
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience in healthcare or managed care strongly preferred
- Familiarity with health plan operations or client service environments (preferred)
