Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Digital Media Management (DMM) is a leading full-service digital agency specializing in social-first marketing. The Jr. Social Media Manager will oversee social accounts and create engaging social media campaigns for various entertainment clients, focusing on innovative content creation and community management.
Responsibilities
- Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns
- Ideate social media content buckets and creative
- Post content to all social media channels
- Facilitate community management on all social media channels
- Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign
- Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed
- Administer reporting and analytics
Skills
- Experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
- Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV
- Experience posting on all platforms, as well as best practices for each (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
