The role involves creating custom reports and ensuring data integrity to support strategic decision making within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create a number of custom reports as they move from one HRIS system to another
- Work closely with HR stakeholders and technical staff to deliver accurate, insightful and scalable reporting that supports the businesses strategic decision making
- Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across HR reporting outputs
- Provide guidance and support to end users on reporting capabilities and best practices
Skills
- Extensive experience in the design and build of custom reports and dashboards
- Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into effective reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across HR reporting outputs
- Provide guidance and support to end users on reporting capabilities and best practices
- Worked on large HRIS integrations and data migrations previously supporting global HR teams
- Background in working within professional services or consulting
