Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vaco by Highspring is a company based in Atlanta, GA, seeking an HR Program Manager for a part-time contract role. The position involves managing remote meetings, supporting large-scale HR projects, and coordinating progress across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage remote attendance at weekly meetings during the following times: Mondays (11:00a - 12:00p/ET), Wednesdays (10:30a - 11:30a and 3:00p - 4:00p/ET), Thursdays (2:45p - 3:30p/ET)
- Support a large-scale project for multiple entities that will require up to 150 HR-related tasks for each entity
- Track and coordinate progress for multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage communications, compliance, timelines and deliverables
- Maintain progress and remain vigilant as related to project milestones
Skills
- Project management experience with HR exposure
- Must have multi-project management experience
- Must be able to coordinate multiple stakeholder teams
- Must be familiar with HR terminology and functions
- Must possess strong communication skills as well as follow-through
- Targeting individuals who have experience as an HR Program Manager, Change Management Consultant, HR Operations Project Lead or a PMO Lead with HR Experience
