Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Entry
- Database Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and maintain comprehensive travel information including destination details, hotel specifications, airline schedules, pricing structures, and tour packages in our internal database systems.
- Booking Data Processing: Process and enter booking information from travel consultants, ensuring all details are accurately recorded for itinerary creation and client confirmation.
- Information Verification: Cross-reference and verify travel data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms and systems.
- Document Management: Organize and digitize travel documents, brochures, and promotional materials for easy access and retrieval.
Travel Consultation Support
- Client Consultation Assistance: Support senior consultants in engaging with clients to understand their travel preferences, desires, and budget constraints, documenting all relevant information accurately.
- Itinerary Coordination: Assist in designing customized travel itineraries that cater to clients' interests, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining options.
- Booking Arrangements: Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services using our preferred suppliers and partners.
Destination & Product Knowledge
