Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cycore is a cybersecurity consulting firm that helps technology companies build trust through cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance. As a Founding Enterprise Account Executive, you will work directly with the CEO to shape sales strategies, build relationships, and create a scalable sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, networking, and inbound opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations with founders, CTOs, CISOs, and executive teams
- Understand client business objectives and position Cycore's advisory and compliance services as strategic business solutions
- Own opportunities from first conversation through signed agreement
- Partner closely with the Founder & CEO on enterprise opportunities and strategic accounts
- Help develop and refine our sales methodology, messaging, objection handling, and playbooks
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within our CRM
- Represent Cycore at conferences, networking events, and industry functions
- Deliver an exceptional buying experience that reflects the quality of our consulting practice
- Help build the foundation for the future sales organization
Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience selling professional services, cybersecurity services, managed services, compliance consulting, or enterprise technology solutions
- A proven ability to create opportunities—not simply manage inbound leads
- Strong consultative selling skills with executive-level buyers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working directly with founders and operating in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organized with excellent pipeline management and follow-through
- Competitive, coachable, accountable, and driven by results
- Excited to help build systems rather than inherit them
- Experience selling SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, privacy, GRC, cybersecurity consulting, or managed security services
- Experience at a founder-led startup or high-growth professional services firm
- Existing relationships within the startup, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or technology ecosystem
- Experience working with partners such as Vanta, Drata, Thoropass, cloud providers, or technology consulting firms
- Experience speaking at conferences, networking events, or industry communities
