Responsibilities
- Manage ticket queues (ServiceNow) and resolve high-volume physician and clinic workflow issues
- Prioritize system defects and coordinate fixes with build and technical teams
- Support clinicians by optimizing workflows and implementing system enhancements
Skills
- EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (MANDATORY)
- Strong background in Production Support and ticket management
- Proven experience troubleshooting in a live Epic environment
- Ability to work independently and handle high-volume user requests
