The Director of Sales Operations will oversee department-level planning and execution of sales operations projects, leading complex initiatives to define global policies and collaborate with various teams to achieve business results.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage global sales operations strategic plans from beginning to end
- Define strategic scope, goals, and deliverables that support global business goals. Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential roadblocks, and devise contingency plans
- Develop and provide strategic updates to Global Leadership teams from line-level to C-Suite and stakeholders
- Oversee and manage resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience (field or corporate)
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority and complete projects through political sensitivity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including meeting recaps and project updates
- Excellent organizational and detail-orientation skills with strong follow-through
- Strategic planning and adaptability in response to project or business environment changes
- Proficient in project management tools
