[Remote] Data Strategy Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• 10+ years as a Business Analyst with strong Data Strategy/Data Management experience
• 6+ years supporting Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Transformation, or Data Warehousing initiatives
• Strong understanding of data models, data flows, schemas, data lineage, and source-to-target mapping
• Experience with SQL, databases, ETL, and data pipelines
• Experience gathering business and functional requirements for enterprise data platforms
• Hands-on experience with UAT planning, requirement traceability, and Agile methodologies
• Strong Life Sciences experience with Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Clinical Trials, or Regulatory data
• Good understanding of GxP, GCP, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
