In this role, you will design and optimize enterprise-scale data solutions, build scalable cloud-based data pipelines, and support advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for enterprise data integration
- Build and optimize cloud-based data warehouses and data lakes
- Develop high-performance SQL queries and data transformation processes
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and pipeline reliability
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and application teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to data architecture and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Big Data, or Cloud Data Engineering
- Strong experience with SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Glue, or similar technologies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of Apache Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Any certifications such as Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Data Engineer, Databricks, or Snowflake certifications are a plus
